Qualifications
4–5 years of management experience and prior restaurant General Manager experience.
General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and passion for training and developing your team.
Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
Salary Range:
$74,580 – $111,870 per year. The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
