Responsibilities
Set the vision, develop the roadmap, build and launch ad measurement products that help advertisers meet their goals and see their true business value generated by TikTok.
Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define goals and objectives for ad measurement products.
Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Sales to develop, test, and launch products.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Computer Science or an equivalent science/technical field is preferred.
5+ years of experience in product management, having taken one or more internet products through the full product cycle, from requirements to launch.
Experience defining vision, strategy and roadmap for a software product.
Proven ability to work cross‑functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
Experience in ads monetization business and ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep understanding of ad tech and the measurement space, including direct response and brand advertising.
