Responsibilities
Set vision, develop roadmap, build and launch ad attribution and optimization products that help advertisers meet goals and see their true business value generated by TikTok.
Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define goals and objectives for ad measurement products.
Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Sales to develop, test, and launch products.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of product management experience, having taken one or more internet products through the full product cycle.
3+ years of related experience within the ads measurement or delivery space.
Proven ability to work cross‑functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent science/technical field.

Job Information Base salary range: $156,864 – $296,020 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Additional components may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) savings plan with company match; paid parental leave; short‑term and long‑term disability coverage; life insurance; wellbeing benefits; 10 paid holidays per year; 10 paid sick days per year; and 17 days of paid personal time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
