Role Overview We are seeking a

Field Nurse Case Manager

to cover the South Bay Area in California and surrounding regions. This home‑based position requires up to two hours of one‑way travel (four hours round‑trip per appointment). The role may involve multiple appointments in a single day at doctors’ offices, hospitals, and other locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate the medical case management of work‑related injuries.

Collaborate with insurance carriers, medical care providers, attorneys, employers, and employees.

Monitor injured workers’ progress and report results to employers and insurance carriers.

Operate autonomously with minimal oversight.

Educate patients and provide ongoing support as needed.

Qualifications

Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.

Experience in case management of workers’ compensation cases (preferred).

Strong preference for certifications such as CCM, CRRN, CDMS, or CRC; must obtain within two years of hire.

Excellent organizational, time‑management, PC and technology, and communication skills.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
