Summary Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing full‑arch dental implant center, seeks a skilled CRNA to provide anesthesia for full‑mouth dental implant procedures. The role is PRN with competitive compensation and a flexible schedule.
Compensation & Schedule Hourly rate starts at $250/hour, negotiable based on market.
Daily guarantee, whether you work or not.
Regular shift: Report at 6:30 AM, first surgery starting at 7:00 AM.
1099 contractor, 100% autonomy, no nights, weekends, call or holidays.
Responsibilities
Administer general anesthesia with nasal intubation for full‑mouth dental implant procedures in an office‑based setting.
Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop, and implement anesthesia plans.
Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines.
Perform pre‑operative assessments and provide patient education regarding options and potential risks.
Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any adverse events.
Stay up to date with evidence‑based research in anesthesia techniques, medications, and equipment.
Required Experience
Two years of experience practicing as a CRNA.
One year of experience practicing independently as a solo provider.
Recent experience providing general anesthesia.
Proficient in nasal intubations.
Experience delivering anesthesia in an outpatient facility and/or surgery center.
Preferred Experience
Experience with dental anesthesia.
Experience delivering anesthesia in an office‑based setting.
Education / Licensure
Graduated from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
Valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Current state licensure as an APRN.
Current ACLS and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance.
