Schedule: 2 days per week, typically Monday/Tuesday or Wednesday/Thursday Hourly rate starting at $240/hour, negotiable based on market Daily guarantee, whether you work or not Report at 6:30 am – first surgery at 7:00 am 1099 contractor (independent practice, solo practice) 100% autonomy 12 days off per year No nights, weekends, call or holidays Details

Two years of experience practicing as a CRNA One year of independent, solo practice experience Recent experience providing general anesthesia Proficiency in nasal intubations Experience delivering anesthesia in an outpatient facility and/or surgery center Preferred Experience

Experience with dental anesthesia Experience delivering anesthesia in an office‑based setting Education & Licensure

Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program Valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Current state licensure as an APRN Current ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance Duties

Administer general anesthesia with nasal intubation for full‑mouth dental implants in an office‑based setting Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to develop and implement anesthesia plans Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines Perform pre‑operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risks Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any adverse events Stay up to date with evidence‑based research in anesthesia techniques, medications, and equipment Success in this position is defined by delivering safe, consistent anesthesia to every single patient.
