Base Pay Range $78,000.00/yr – $118,000.00/yr
General Purpose of the Job The primary responsibility of the Procurement Regional Sourcing Manager is to manage and assure supply, connect with our field teammates to address issues as they arise, and source more operational categories (tail spend) using the DaVita Way of Procurement. The role will work closely with central category teams to ensure compliance with category strategies, provide input for our category strategies, manage our Supplier Quality program, and be key for our Business Continuity plans and risk work.

React quickly when supply assurance issues arise, perform root‑cause analysis, communicate to appropriate levels, and build improvement plans.
Develop a comprehensive view of supply/demand balance and actively monitor market conditions to make informed decisions.
Collaborate across business units and regional teams to foster positive outcomes and alignment in procurement.
Build relationships with the Field to provide input to the Supply Chain and Category Sourcing teams.
Improve quality and services of goods and services used in clinics, driving savings in tail spend areas.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Understand how clinics operate and use direct and indirect materials and services.
Understand kidney care and how services are provided.
Apply knowledge of supply assurance programs, total quality management, business continuity, and risk management.
Lead end‑to‑end sourcing processes (RFIs/RFPs, bid analysis, supplier negotiation, contracting).
Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis, research, industry trends, benchmarking, and best practices.
Identify and document supplier risk items and develop mitigation strategies and plans.
Monitor compliance with DaVita’s product formularies and ensure contract terms are met.
Collaborate with internal business partners to understand demand and supplier trends.
Balance multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education And Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 5‑7 years of relevant supply chain/procurement experience, or an MBA with background in contract analysis and negotiation. Experience in finance, operations, and similar functions is applicable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interaction with teammates in various departments and supplier partners.
Ability to work independently while balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
Experience leading and executing RFPs and competitive bidding processes.
Strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Tableau experience valued (dashboard building not required).

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
