The Project Manager will serve as a strategic execution partner to the CEO, driving the company’s most critical cross-functional initiatives. This role goes far beyond traditional project management – it requires a leader who can connect strategic vision with operational execution, coordinating complex workstreams across R&D, Product, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment, focus, and delivery. You will work closely with executive leadership, identifying risks, aligning dependencies, and maintaining clarity in fast-moving environments where structure and flexibility must coexist. Responsibilities

Define and maintain project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with the CEO and functional leads. Translate strategic goals into actionable plans with clear timelines, owners, and measurable outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional execution across R&D, Product, Finance, and Operations, ensuring alignment and consistent progress. Facilitate clear, structured, and efficient communication and decision-making among stakeholders. Identify, assess, and manage risks and interdependencies — proactively surface potential issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure resolution. Maintain structured documentation, project dashboards, and concise executive summaries highlighting key achievements and risks. Implement and refine project management systems that enhance visibility, accountability, and efficiency. Lead regular progress reviews, ensure follow-through on decisions, and provide leadership with reliable operational insight. Continuously evaluate outcomes, capture lessons learned, and improve internal processes for faster, more coordinated execution. Qualifications

Must-have experience

4 years of experience in project or program management, operations, or a similar execution-focused role 5 years experience within an early stage startup. Proven success working directly with executive leadership and coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills — able to structure and manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of strategic planning, OKR alignment, and performance tracking frameworks. Advanced project management expertise, including roadmap design, milestone tracking, resource planning, and risk mitigation. Proficiency in analytical and operational tools (e.g., Gantt planning, KPI dashboards, reporting systems, and structured documentation). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — clear, concise, and confident in driving alignment across leadership and teams. Analytical, systems-level thinker with the ability to translate ambiguity into clear structures and outcomes. Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments with minimal supervision. Self-directed and outcome-oriented, comfortable owning complex initiatives end to end.
