The Opportunity We are hiring a Head of GTM to architect, own, and execute our enterprise commercial motion. This is a hands‑on, zero‑to‑one operator role, not a CRO, not a strategist, and not a delegator. You will personally build the systems that generate enterprise pipeline, run high‑stakes conversations, refine the narrative, and close revenue, laying the commercial foundation that future scale will build on. You will partner directly with the CEO, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to turn clear market demand into a predictable and repeatable enterprise GTM engine.
Your Mandate You will own the entire GTM system from strategy through execution across five core pillars.
Event‑Led Outbound
– Build high‑credibility, relationship‑driven engagements such as curated dinners, private roundtables, and micro‑forums that spark executive conversations with top enterprise operators and convert them into pipeline.
ABM (Enterprise Account Penetration)
– Design and execute a focused account strategy across approximately 1,000 ICP accounts. Orchestrate multi‑channel, narrative‑driven plays that establish relevance, open doors, and drive targeted enterprise engagement.
Inbound (Leadership‑Led Demand Engine)
– Operationalize Intelitics thought‑leadership engine across executive voices and social channels to create momentum, credibility, and inbound interest from enterprise operators.
Referral and Partnership Growth
– Formalize and scale connectors, advisors, customer advocates, and platform partnerships into a structured, trust‑driven pipeline channel.
GTM Infrastructure and Insights
– Build and manage systems, analytics, and feedback loops that make GTM measurable, forecastable, and continuously improving. This includes HubSpot, Apollo, reporting frameworks, and attribution dashboards.
Differentiators (What Sets the Right Candidate Apart)
A recognizable presence or emerging thought‑leadership voice in AdTech, MarTech, performance measurement, or analytics.
Experience representing companies externally through panels, podcasts, conferences, and webinars and positioning products as category leaders.
A network capable of generating immediate enterprise conversations across operators, platforms, agencies, and performance ecosystems.
Startup or scale‑up experience with a demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity, build from scratch, and move with urgency.
A hands‑on operator mindset. You should be comfortable personally running outreach, events, sequences, discovery, and deals before headcount is added.
Expertise in enterprise buying processes, especially in data‑heavy, regulated, or analytics‑driven categories where attribution and profitability matter.
Ideal Candidate Profile Experience
8 to 10 years in SaaS GTM roles that include pipeline generation, narrative ownership, and enterprise deal execution.
Background in AdTech, MarTech, Analytics, Performance Measurement, or Data Platforms.
Strong familiarity with ABM, outbound, multi‑channel demand creation, and enterprise relationship development.
Hands‑on experience with GTM tools including HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and attribution dashboards.
Experience in high‑velocity, founder‑led environments where ownership and speed matter.
