We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, driven Global Sales Enablement Program Manager to join our growing team and help us elevate how we enable and empower our global sales force. This is a fantastic opportunity to build and shape sales learning experiences that make a measurable impact, all while developing your own skills, both technically and professionally, in a company with an incredible culture.
You’ll be based in the Boston area, and the successful candidate must already live in and be eligible to work in the United States, with the flexibility to collaborate in person at our Woburn office, especially with the Executive Team and Sales Development Reps.

What You’ll Do
Own and grow Blancco University, our global sales learning program for onboarding and everboarding
Identify skill gaps and design training experiences that are timely, actionable, and aligned to sales goals
Develop content and programs that drive rep performance, in collaboration with subject matter experts and sales leaders
Translate product capabilities, customer needs, and sales strategies into engaging and impactful learning content for sales reps
Build trust and alignment with cross-functional partners in Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver value-aligned training
Deliver training in a variety of formats: short-form videos, virtual sessions, kickoff breakouts, pitch challenges, and role-plays
Maintain the global training calendar to provide just-in-time knowledge
Manage the enablement content library to ensure reps have what they need, when and where they need it
Ensure timely, consistent, and clear communication so sales reps understand what to know, say, show, and do to drive revenue
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ramp time, rep productivity, and training engagement in a scalable and efficient manner
Develop and implement strategies that empower managers to hold their reps accountable for ongoing development and continuous learning
Thrive under deadlines while managing multiple projects with professionalism and enthusiasm
What You Bring
A self-motivated, high-energy approach to learning and enablement
2+ years in sales enablement, training, or instructional design
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience
Background in sales, customer success, or related field preferred
Confidence managing complex programs with many moving parts and firm timelines
Experience with Highspot (or similar LMS) and instructional design principles
Excellent communication skills to keep learners informed, aligned, and engaged
