Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) - Senior Manager - Tech Consulting
Location: Open – multiple cities across the United States.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager to drive technology‑enabled performance management solutions. Join EY to shape the future.
Overview Our EPM team helps clients navigate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting through cutting‑edge technology and analytics. We advise on how technology, finance process efficiency, and enterprise intelligence contribute to performance improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery of technical solutions, ensuring quality and managing operational risks.
Engage in delivery leadership, project management, and client interactions across all project phases.
Travel frequently to meet client needs and project requirements.
Solve complex problems using proven methods and evaluative criteria.
Influence policy and procedural changes with potential broad business impact.
Provide direction and feedback to teams, contributing to performance evaluations and hiring.
Skills and Attributes
Proven ability to manage and deliver complex solutions.
Strong focus on quality and navigating operational risks.
Capability to manage budgets and project delivery effectively.
Experience building and managing client and commercial relationships.
Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of seven years delivering complex consultative services in EPM, master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, or BI reporting.
Strong knowledge of modern EPM solutions (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle Consolidations, Oracle Planning, OneStream, Tagetik).
Proficient understanding of evolving EPM concepts and practices.
Track record of translating business challenges into value‑add solutions; strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Background options: FP&A, EPM systems administration, implementation consulting, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or data architecture.
Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.
Ability to travel to support client needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT.
Ability to adapt to changing technologies and stay ahead of industry trends.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and proactive problem‑solving.
Leadership experience in dynamic environments.
What We Offer
Competitive compensation: $151,500 – $346,000 base in the U.S.; $181,800 – $393,200 in major metro areas.
