Network Solutions IPA
Overview
Network Solutions IPA is hiring a full-time Nutritionist to join our Care Management Program. You’ll support Medicaid Members by addressing nutrition-related health needs as part of our Social Care Network (SCN) partnership.
Key Duties
Assess Members’ nutritional needs and develop care plans.
Coordinate nutrition services like food prescriptions or pantry stocking.
Collaborate with care teams to ensure Member support.
Qualifications
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) with NY licensure (or eligibility).
2+ years of nutrition experience, ideally with underserved populations.
Comfort with IT systems and strong communication skills.
Compensation Competitive salary based on experience, plus benefits (health insurance, PTO).
