Recruitment Consultant – Legal | Clear Path to Leadership
About the Role We are looking for experienced Legal agency recruiters who want to step into a high performing space with real leadership progression. You will take ownership of your market, build long term relationships and shape the growth of the team.
Please note:
Agency recruitment experience is required.
No in house or talent acquisition backgrounds for this one.
What You Will Be Doing
Running a full 360 legal recruitment desk
Partnering with law firms and legal bodies across the USA and internationally
Sourcing, managing and placing top legal talent
Driving new business opportunities and growing your own desk
Progressing into leadership with mentorship and the chance to build your own team
What We Are Looking For
At least 2 years in an agency recruitment environment
Experience within Legal, Professional Services or similar specialist markets
Confident with business development and client management
Ambitious, commercially minded and ready to step up
