Our ongoing success across specialist tech markets—including AI and machine acceleration—has created an exciting opportunity for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our high‑performing team. We’re seeking ambitious Experienced Recruitment Consultants to work closely with our talented team and exceptional VP. Under the guidance of our inspiring managers, you’ll play a key role in supporting and driving the continued expansion of this thriving market.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Helping with the candidate attraction strategy for key clients
Winning and retaining New Business with clients across the US
The ability to gain excellent commitment from potential clients and candidates
Strong candidate management and candidate experience
A passion for progressing and developing a long‑term career in a fast‑moving sector
Proven experience and billings, working as an Experienced Recruitment Consultant
Excellent candidate and client control skills
Effective relationship‑builder, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong administrative skills – extremely organised
Team player, but can take on own responsibilities and prioritise workload
Able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
