Job Title: Client Partner (Data Cloud Business)

ROLE DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES We are hiring a Sales Professional for our Data Cloud Business. This leadership role will be responsible for driving growth, scaling the business and owning the end-to-end business strategy and go to market.
In this role you will :
Utilize Mastek’s strength in end-to-end Data Cloud Business offerings and help bring new logos
Save our customers millions of spend with our turnkey solutions and be a trusted partner
Lead the disruption through large scale legacy modernization.
Create and own a Data Cloud Business Strategy and penetrate into Market
Identify, nurture, and develop opportunities for Data Cloud Business sales.
Research prospects, initiate contacts (phone calls, letters, emails) and build relationships with prospective clients through virtual and in-person meetings.
Write proposals; interface with appropriate field management to establish pricing that is consistent with the company’s financial objectives.
Craft and execute effective prospecting strategies, targeting new customers and showcasing how our solutions deliver tangible value.
Make follow-up calls/emails, set follow-up appointments, and make formal sales presentations to prospective new business accounts.
Collaborate with appropriate internal resources to develop comprehensive sales presentation materials tailored to the account.
Log and organize activities utilizing the company’s Client Relationship Management system (CRM).
Use the consultative sales strategy to effectively overcome client objections, negotiate deals, and close the sale.
Collaborate with internal service staff to ensure that accounts sold are consistent with service resources and candidate pool.
Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure the fulfilment of all commitments to the client
Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE The ideal candidate will be someone who has demonstrated leadership experience in developing a multi-year sales strategy and will have demonstrated experience in building and scaling a growing business.
8-12 years of experience, including 10 years of experience in managing multiple customer engagements.
Exposed to / involved in “new age” service providers
Should have sold snowflakes or databricks platform
Sales and business development experience of similar size and scope
Knowledge of Data Cloud Business industry specific go-to-market solutions a plus
Track record of interacting and building relationship with CxO level client contacts
Global Delivery Model experience desirable
Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement team’s desirable
Track record as Business Development/Practice Development Executive in a rapidly growing client relationship required
Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Travel required as needed • Authorization to work in the US on a Permanent basis.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS The position requires:
Proven ability to deliver results as required within specific time frames.
Ability to lead teams (direct & indirect) in a cross-cultural environment
Worked in a high-pressured matrix level environment
Take complete P&L ownership and accountability for the successful delivery of the Client Engagement team, existing client engagements and the sales process for reaching the assigned growth targets.
Establish a value-based, advisory relationship with the client’s top management, enabling high value engagement to grow the account & meet the defined revenue and profitability goals.
Present a unified face of the organization and be the single point of contact for the account from the sales and delivery side, cutting across service lines to establish strategic and effective relationships at various levels within the client’s organization.
