We are seeking a

Director, Enterprise Applications (NetSuite)

to lead a team of engineers, business analysts and architects supporting our business systems centered around NetSuite. This high-impact role, reporting to the CFO, will create a culture of accountability and innovation within the Enterprise Application (MIS) team.

We are looking for a leader with experience diving deep into the weeds of customized applications to identify dependencies, inefficiencies and risk. The successful leader should have experience with financial and billing systems integrations. The

will enjoy mentoring their team through challenging technical problems to drive improvement and stability in systems and processes.

This role is at the intersection of business and IT, requires strategic and hands on leadership, and will work closely with business leaders to evaluate and prioritize the right solutions and deliver transformation through our technology and position us to scale for future.

Strategy

Define and execute the roadmap for NetSuite and related systems to support growth and efficiency.

Partner with Finance, Sales, Services, and Support to align MIS capabilities with business objectives.

Lead modernization efforts, ensuring adoption and measurable outcomes.

Evaluate emerging technologies, including workflow automation and AI-enabled operational tools, to advance the Enterprise Application ecosystem.

Systems Execution & Delivery

Manage core business systems within NetSuite (CRM, billing, support, and internal tools) and ensure seamless integration across the application stack.

Lead the development of reusable frameworks, APIs, and data pipelines that standardize and simplify how data and workflows operate across the organization.

Drive prioritization in backlog and tickets to ensure the team is focused on the most critical priorities to enable our business and customers.

Ensure systems and data management practices support compliance, secure operations, and high‑quality experience for internal users and external partners.

Communicate MIS performance, improvements, and strategic progress to leadership.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

Establish culture of high accountability, ownership and delivery across team.

Define goals and KPIs to ensure clear expectations and to drive high performance.

Conduct hiring, performance reviews, and succession planning to grow and retain talent.

Set the tone as both a strategic leader and active contributor who rolls up their sleeves when needed.

Requirements for Success

10+ years of experience in Management Information Systems, IT Systems Architecture, Business Systems Engineering, or related fields.

5+ years leading MIS, IT, or enterprise systems teams in a SaaS, technology, or B2B environment.

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).

Deep expertise in ERP systems (NetSuite), SaaS applications, APIs, and workflow automation.

Experience with customized NetSuite applications across CRM, SuiteBilling, and other solutions with knowledge of how to connect, improve and automate workflow.

Background implementing AI-enabled operational tools that assist with automation, data quality, or workflow optimization.

Prior ownership of a multi‑year MIS roadmap, including lifecycle management, vendor selection, and budget planning.

Strong project and portfolio management abilities, with experience balancing multiple cross‑functional initiatives simultaneously.

Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.

Knowledge of compliance frameworks and data governance best practices.

Excellent communication and ability to foster collaboration, trust, and accountability within the team and across the organization.

Ability to create structure, repeatable processes, and documentation to support scalable MIS operations.
