AXANEXA is hiring an Automation Architect to join our team. This is a management level position working across departments to ensure automation is built and leveraged wherever possible. As a monday.com Silver Partner, AXANEXA helps customers get the most out of their monday.com experience by offering implementation, integration, and custom app development services. This role is critical to that mission.
This is a full‑time position featuring flexible hours, remote work, PTO, and benefits. While the role is remote, the applicant that moves forward will be based in the Chicagoland area.
Responsibilities
Design & develop on-demand monday.com solutions for both internal and external users
Hold sales / prospect calls and build correlative PoC as needed
Refine internal sales / marketing processes with leadership for improved automation / scaling, driving revenue through the automated processes
Support marketing efforts with content creation including but not limited to LinkedIn posts, current client relationship building, and/or videos (incl scripts and delivery)
Provide technical support to customers; client facing and engaging on demand for whatever is needed
Work to ensure the solutions meet project needs on budget and on time
Based on industry trends, current releases, business model, modern techniques, and tools, develop and maintain a training roadmap with correlative artifacts
Automate the mechanisms for pulling together marketing materials, sales information, and prospect details
Serve as escalation point for any system performance issues; a SME for monday.com to the team and a first stop for any questions
Prepare appropriate Business Case(s) as needed for tools, resources, and/or other expansion to support process improvement
Job Qualifications And Skill Sets
Significant development experience with monday.com required
Self-sufficiency and self-motivation required
Significant Project Management experience required
Sales / Marketing experience preferred
Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Leadership experience a plus
Maintains open, transparent, and friendly team atmosphere
Deep experience with monday.com a significant plus
Experience with Make.com or similar platform a significant plus
Solid skills in both Microsoft Suite and G-Suite; other technology skills a plus (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot)
Salary: $80,000 per year
