Front Office Coordinator
to join our amazing wellness team.
Schedule
Tuesdays: 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Possibility for 3rd shift and coverage opportunities

Who you are You are passionate about women’s health, wellness, and community. A rockstar in customer service, you’re warm, personable, and a dependable self-starter. You excel at juggling priorities, providing personalized support, and bringing administrative and office experience to a busy, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in/out patients with warmth and professionalism
Schedule appointments and handle phones, emails, and follow-ups
Process payments and provide receipts
Prepare herbs and supplements for patients
Build knowledge of services/products to educate clients
Foster positive client relationships and create a welcoming environment
Support practitioners and ensure smooth clinic operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and branded office space
Perform light cleaning tasks
Educate clients on our services and products
Expectations and Requirements
Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality
Be a proactive self-starter, able to work independently
Have administrative experience (scheduling, emailing, and phone handling)
Maintain a positive attitude with strong follow‑through and openness to feedback
Communicate professionally with friendliness and compassion
Expose excellent attention to detail
Thrive in a collaborative, team‑focused environment
Support and embody the Blue Ova community and culture
