Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Alpharetta, GA is $110K - $115K/year & benefits (see below).
The Role: Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full-stack architectures supporting large-scale enterprise systems.
Lead performance optimization efforts to ensure scalable, high-performing applications under demanding workloads.
Implement advanced security protocols and govern APIs to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Architect and develop microservices-based solutions aligned with best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, UI/UX, and DevOps—to deliver high-quality software.
Develop RESTful APIs and connect front-end frameworks (Angular/React) with back-end services.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance proactively.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and agile environment.
Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI/ML integrations, cloud-native architectures, and industry best practices.
Requirements Mandatory Skills
Proven experience in
full-stack architecture design
and implementation.
Expertise in
performance tuning and scalability
strategies for large applications.
Strong knowledge of
advanced security protocols
and
API governance .
Deep expertise in
Java
and
Spring Boot
for back-end development.
Advanced skills in
Angular
or
React
for front-end development.
Extensive experience with
microservices architecture
and containerization.
Solid understanding of
SQL
and
NoSQL
databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
Strong background in design patterns, data modeling, and service orchestration.
Preferred Skills
Experience
integrating AI/ML models
into applications for predictive analytics, recommendations, or automation.
Demonstrated
leadership in cross-functional teams ; ability to motivate and coordinate developers, DevOps, business analysts, etc.
Hands‑on experience with
cloud‑native architecture
on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration.
