Responsibilities
Support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (Independent Distributors) by managing customer relationships and driving sales activities.
Grow customer base, seek new sales opportunities, and track sales data.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key accounts to ensure promotion and display execution.
Utilize digital tools to showcase execution wins and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with Market Vice President and Sales Enablement team to analyze market and territory opportunities and adjust sales strategies using consumer insights.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in general management or sales – experience as a sales rep, distributor, or in a comparable role required.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Essential Job Requirements
Must acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Compensation Competitive salary of $75,000 to $85,000 with a total rewards package.
