Established Search is partnered with a well-established implant manufacturer looking for a high-energy and driven Territory Sales Manager to grow and develop new & existing business across the Houston Territory.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow your sales territory, developing long-term relationships with dental practices.
Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads generated through marketing and events.
Deliver product presentations, demos, and technical information on-site or remotely.
Negotiate pricing and terms within established guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, customer service, logistics) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Track and report on sales activity using CRM software (Salesforce or similar).
What We’re Looking For
Proven success in outside sales – ideally with experience selling into dental, medical, or implant markets.
True hunter mentality, self-starter who loves building new business.
High energy, resilience, and a growth mindset.
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
You’ll report directly to the Regional Sales Director and join a growing, dynamic team.
