What to Expect As a Product Manager on the Charging Digital Experiences team, you will support the development and delivery of software products that power Tesla's global charging network. You'll work closely with the product and cross-functional teams to help shape the roadmap, gather requirements, and ensure smooth launches of charging software solutions. This role is an opportunity to learn end-to-end product management while contributing to projects that enhance the customer experience for EV charging worldwide.

You'll assist in defining customer needs, tracking product performance, and coordinating with engineering and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about technology and sustainability. What You'll Do

Gather and document product requirements across hardware, firmware, software, and user experience for charging experiences globally

Drive alignment amongst stakeholders on user experience, priorities, and timelines

Track product performance metrics and report progress against goals

Conduct basic market and competitive research to inform product decisions

Collect and organize customer feedback to validate requirements and identify improvement areas

Evaluate technical feasibility and costs with engineering teams

Drive pilot programs and analyze results to refine product features

Ensure compliance requirements are met for charging expansion and government features

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful commercialization of charging products

What You'll Bring

Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)

2-3 years of experience in product management or a related role

Comprehensive understanding of software development processes and interest in learning hardware/firmware integration

Strong organizational and communication skills for working with multiple teams

Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Passion for clean energy, technology, and delivering great customer experiences

Expected Compensation

$128,000 - $192,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
