Memorial Hermann Health System seeks a Director for its Women’s Service Line (Hybrid). This role focuses on overall business development, strategic planning, and building relationships with physicians, customers, and patient relations to grow and enhance our women’s services.
Job Summary
Position responsible for overall business development of Memorial Hermann Service Lines, including the implementation of strategic plans to achieve business objectives, development of new lines of business, and enhancement of existing lines of business.

Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Licenses/Certifications:
None.
Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
5 years of broad healthcare experience incl. regulations, finance, managed care, capitation and delivery systems.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to lead and implement change.
Principal Accountabilities
Proactively seek opportunities to develop business and capitalize on market opportunities or enhance existing business through established relationships with physicians, customers, and patient relations.
Work closely with management to maintain in‑depth knowledge and rationale behind corporate strategy, plans, programs, and critical issues to ensure effective operation of Memorial Hermann.
Collaborate with the Network Performance Team (NPT) and other units on performance and process improvement initiatives to ensure execution of strategic initiatives.
Oversee development, implementation and maintenance of systems to assess and continuously improve quality of programs across Memorial Hermann facilities, ensuring achievement of corporate targets and goals.
Provide innovative ideas and disciplined management approach toward achieving financial objectives, illustrating investment in development initiatives to support the annual operating budget.
Design and implement measures to evaluate existing and proposed initiatives, including clinical, behavioral, and social factors.
Ensure positive employee relations and develop a competent, motivated workforce.
Develop and execute plans to enhance the reputation and image of Memorial Hermann through community, healthcare, and professional organizations and appropriate public relations activities.
Ensure revenue, expenses, contribution margin and FTEs meet or exceed budget; prepare and submit budget and related reports, forecast and project expenses, take corrective action for negative variances, and propose appropriate capital budget items.
Adhere to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards including time management, supply management, productivity, and accuracy.
Promote professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education, skill competency, and support department-based goals; serve as preceptor, mentor, and resource to less experienced staff.
