If you’re ready to lead field operations, deliver operational excellence, and drive financial performance while supporting teams who make an impact every day, apply today!

Role Overview As the General Manager, you are the driving force behind the branch – setting direction, maintaining accountability, and ensuring flawless execution across operations, customer service, financial performance, and culture. You own the path to achieving the AOP and create an environment where teams are aligned, supported, and held to a high standard. You partner closely with regional and corporate leaders to implement strategy, strengthen processes, and build a high‑performing operation that consistently delivers for customers.

You collaborate with senior leadership, influence strategy, and position your division for sustainable, profitable growth. You bring the ownership and accountability required to lead a 24/7 restoration operation, including occasionally supporting teams, clients, or time‑sensitive projects outside typical business hours. By balancing the immediate needs of daily operations with long‑term planning, you maintain strong customer relationships and consistent performance.

What You Do You lead the branch with clarity, urgency, and discipline—overseeing day‑to‑day operations across mitigation, reconstruction, pack‑outs, customer service, and overall project execution. You ensure your teams deliver exceptional quality, maintain compliance, and operate with efficiency, accuracy, and urgency.

You establish strong communication rhythms, including weekly 1:1s with Production Directors and Administrative staff, to review performance, remove roadblocks, and reinforce expectations. You build a culture where accountability is standard, customer service is non‑negotiable, and your people are supported, coached, and inspired to grow. You make an impact by:

Owning operational performance and leading the team to achieve division goals

Driving growth, profitability, and performance across all service lines

Ensuring day‑to‑day operations run safely and smoothly – scheduling, dispatch, resource allocation, and job execution

Leading weekly 1:1s to review goals, performance metrics, and operational challenges and holding Production Management and Administrative teams accountable to KPIs, processes, and operational standards

Building and sustaining a strong office culture rooted in communication, accountability, professionalism, and teamwork

Collaborating cross‑functionally with Business Development, Finance, Operational Excellence, and HR to implement strategy, strengthen processes, and drive continuous improvement aligned with business objectives

Negotiating and maintaining strategic partnerships with key vendors and subcontractors to ensure reliable supply of materials while managing costs and minimizing disruptions

Ensuring compliance with company systems, safety practices, quality standards, and federal/state/local regulations

Supporting emergency responses as needed to ensure customer needs are met

What You Bring You know how to lead people, solve problems, and keep things moving. You bring strong communication skills, operational expertise, and a steady, solutions‑focused approach to challenges. You succeed here because you:

Have at least 7 years of experience in restoration, construction, or a related, service‑based industry and at least 3 years in a leadership role

Oversee and understand project scopes, budgets, schedules, and customer expectations

Foster trust, empathy, and have the interpersonal skills to maintain morale and hold teams accountable fairly and consistently

Can interpret and manage financial metrics to drive strong P&L performance

Communicate clearly with every audience — from field teams to executives — bringing confidence in public speaking, the ability to bridge gaps, and the skill to secure alignment and buy‑in

Solve problems with a solutions‑oriented mindset and leverage critical thinking to navigate ambiguity

Maintain strong follow‑through, attention to detail, and organizational discipline

Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field; or combination of education with equivalent work experience
