The Warehouse Manager role requires someone who thrives in organized chaos, reacts quickly, plans, and keeps multiple operational areas running smoothly.

What You’ll Own
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate stock levels, parts flow, cycle counts, ordering, and returns.
Fleet Management:
Oversee company vehicles, maintenance schedules, repairs, registrations, and compliance.
Facility Maintenance:
Ensure the building, grounds, and equipment remain clean, safe, and functioning.
Operational Flow:
Support technicians, manage staging, coordinate deliveries, and handle last‑minute needs with urgency.
Proactive & Reactive Leadership:
Identify issues before they happen while confidently putting out fires when they do.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize all warehouse operations (inventory, shipping, receiving, stocking)
Monitor and maintain parts inventory levels for HVAC field staff
Oversee deliveries and equipment staging for daily service jobs and installs
Create and implement warehouse procedures that increase efficiency and reduce waste
Manage warehouse equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and operation
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to support customer and business needs
Proficient handling all operations and keeping all supplies organized
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
The Warehouse Manager will lead a small warehouse team and coordinate with service/install departments
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience
working as a warehouse manager for a service‑based, residential trades company (HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical preferred).
Strong ability to multitask in a busy, constantly changing environment.
High organization, accountability, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience with Service Titan (A+).
Ability to lead with calm, confidence, and urgency.
At least 3-5 years of warehouse management experience or working in a warehouse environment.
