Supply Chain Logistics & Data Analyst
We’re partnering with a top multi-state cannabis operator to hire a Supply Chain Logistics & Data Analyst. This company is one of the largest vertically integrated producers in California, overseeing cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution operations across multiple states. They are known for their high-quality flower products, innovative product development, and strong retail partnerships.
This role will be critical in driving operational excellence through data visibility, forecasting, and supply chain efficiency. What You’ll Do: Data Analytics & Insights
Analyze cross‑functional supply chain data (ERP, WMS, production, logistics, sales)
Identify operational bottlenecks and drive cost, efficiency, and workflow improvement initiatives
Build dashboards and KPI reporting (inventory turns, fill rates, OTIF performance, yields)
Deliver insights to leadership to support strategic decisions
Support demand planning, capacity alignment, and material requirement planning
Bridge the gap between sales forecasting and production planning
Forecasting
Utilize historical and market trends to plan production and supply strategies
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine demand forecasting accuracy
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with procurement, logistics, production, IT, and other operational partners
Support automation and digital transformation initiatives
Track supplier and logistics partner performance to ensure SLAs and cost targets are met
Lead supply chain improvement projects related to warehouse optimization, inventory accuracy, and routing efficiencies
What You’ll Bring: Technical Expertise
ERP proficiency (SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and dashboarding tools (Power BI/Tableau)
SQL or Python knowledge a strong plus
Supply Chain Knowledge
Understanding of procurement, production, inventory control, and logistics
Experience in regulated manufacturing or high‑velocity consumer goods preferred
Communication Skills
Ability to clearly translate complex data to operational and executive stakeholders
Background
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
3–5+ years in supply chain analytics, logistics, or operations
Lean Six Sigma or APICS/CSCP certification is a plus
