Responsibilities
Supervises Plant Operations staff engaged in the operation, installation, maintenance and repair of all building‑wide systems throughout the medical center and various outreach clinics.
Requirements
Education and Work Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
3‑5 years of progressively responsible management skills
License Requirements:
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Certification Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with ability to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Meditech (if applicable), Epic (if applicable), Performance Manager/NetLearning
Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.
Must work independently and make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
Must communicate effectively and deal tactfully with personnel, visitors, patients, physicians, customers, and the general public.
Must be flexible, have personal integrity, and function effectively as a team with other employees.
Must follow written and oral instructions.
Advanced skills in electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
