What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving complex technical issues and system errors
Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, ensuring uninterrupted use of the EHR system
Guide team members in routine maintenance tasks to ensure system stability and security
Lead efforts to optimize the performance and usability of the EHR system
Coordinate collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to support EHR initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree required
3 - 5 years of applicable IT or healthcare experience required
Epic certification in specified area required
Excellent analytical, organizational, and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and terminology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Multiple Epic certifications preferred
Epic implementation experience preferred
