What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex technical issues and system errors

Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring uninterrupted EHR system use

Guide and perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and upgrades

Coordinate testing and validation activities for system changes, ensuring new features meet functional requirements

Lead optimization efforts for the EHR system, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree required

3 - 5 years of applicable IT or healthcare experience required

Epic certification in specified area required

Excellent analytical, organization, and verbal communication skills

Strong understanding of healthcare business processes and workflows

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Multiple Epic certifications preferred

Epic Implementation experience preferred

Ability to work independently and within teams

Strong desktop tool usage including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Cross-application integration knowledge
