Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid or remote Senior Accountant role, based in Florham Park, NJ. The Senior Accountant will manage daily accounting operations, oversee financial reporting, reconcile accounts, and support budget preparation. They will also ensure compliance with financial regulations, lead audits, analyze financial data, and collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes.
Qualifications
Proficiency in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and general ledger management
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance with relevant regulations
Experience with financial software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Detail‑oriented, analytical, and skilled in problem‑solving and decision‑making
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA/CPA or relevant certification preferred
5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting or audit practices
Experience in the CPG or manufacturing industry is a plus
