Analyst I
to join its growing team, supporting M&A and strategic advisory assignments across healthcare services, healthcare IT, and life sciences. Known for its deep sector expertise and long-standing relationships with founders, operators, and private equity investors, the firm has built a strong reputation for executing high‑impact transactions and delivering outstanding client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of M&A transactions and strategic advisory projects, including detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence support.
Prepare pitch materials, Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), management presentations, and other client deliverables.
Conduct in‑depth research on healthcare industry trends, company performance, and competitive landscapes to support business development efforts.
Collaborate closely with senior team members and clients throughout the transaction process.
Contribute to an environment that encourages learning, mentorship, and team collaboration.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of full‑time Investment Banking or Consultancy experience, ideally with exposure to M&A or capital markets transactions.
Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling, valuation (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable company analysis), and accounting.
Experience drafting marketing materials such as CIMs, pitch decks, and client presentations.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the confidence to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast‑paced setting.
Genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a desire to build a long‑term career within healthcare investment banking.
