Corporate Paralegal (Rhode Island – Onsite)
Our client, a prominent real estate and sustainability development company located just south of Providence, is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support their growing in‑house legal team. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience with commercial agreements, transaction due diligence, contract administration, and assisting with commercial finance, M&A, and real estate closings.
Full‑time, onsite role with an annual salary of $110–140K, depending on experience.
Key Qualifications
4+ years of experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and preparing closing documentation under attorney supervision
Proven ability to develop and maintain comprehensive closing checklists
Working knowledge of commercial finance, M&A, and real estate transactions
Experience handling entity formations, dissolutions, and ongoing corporate governance
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Experience with commercial title review and due diligence (preferred)
Familiarity with legal AI tools (preferred)
Prior experience in a major law firm (preferred)
