Corporate Paralegal (Onsite, 5X, Rhode Island)
Our client is a successful real estate and sustainability development firm located south of Providence, Rhode Island. They are seeking a seasoned Corporate Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, managing transaction due diligence, administering contracts, and supporting commercial finance, M&A, and real estate closings under attorney supervision.
Key Qualifications
4+ years of experience preparing and reviewing commercial agreements and closing documents under attorney guidance
Experience creating and managing detailed closing checklists
Familiarity with commercial finance, M&A, and real estate transactions
Experience with entity formation, dissolutions, and ongoing corporate governance
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Experience with commercial title review and due diligence (preferred)
Comfort using legal‑focused AI tools (preferred)
Prior experience in a major law firm (preferred)
Bachelor’s Degree required
Must be willing to work fully onsite, 5 days a week
This is a full‑time opportunity offering a competitive base salary plus bonus potential.
