The Role As a Recruiter at SG Talent, you’ll play a key role in scaling our client base and delivering world‑class hiring outcomes. You’ll partner closely with founders, hiring leaders, and fast‑scaling tech teams while owning full‑cycle recruitment. We’re opening to speaking to GTM or Technical Recruiters, who have 360 Recruitment experience.
This is a chance to join early, make an impact immediately, and grow your career as the company grows. Ideally you’ll be based in San Diego – we don’t have an office yet and are flexible with our work policy but would like to get together during the week to build this together!
What You’ll Do
Manage full‑cycle recruitment for high‑growth tech clients
Build and maintain relationships with founders, VPs, and hiring teams
Source, vet, and engage top‑tier GTM, Product, and Engineering talent
Drive strategic outreach and candidate engagement across niche markets
Build strong, warm pipelines using modern tools and creative strategies
Run consultative intake calls and guide clients through best‑in‑class processes
Deliver an exceptional, high‑touch candidate and client experience
What You Bring
2+ years recruiting experience from an agency
Strong track record filling Technical or GTM roles in a fast‑paced environment
Comfort operating autonomously with founder‑level stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional approach
A startup mindset—resourceful, solutions‑oriented, thrives in momentum
