QA Engineer (Third-party Contractor), TikTok Global E-commerce
Responsibilities:
Handling international e feedback tickets, categorizing and labeling bad cases, analyzing tickets, and summarizing common and typical issues.
Follow up on product experience issues, reproduce problems, collaborate with business teams to explore underlying business logic, and drive solutions.
Collect and organize various issues, and generate basic data outputs for daily, weekly, and monthly reportsli>
Communicate and collaborate with domestic and international teams to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
Minimum: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Experience in e-commerce testing, with strong skills in identifying, diagnosing, and driving issue resolution.
Experience in quality operations, with the ability to abstract and summarize common issues from various problems, categorize them, compile data reports, and conduct analysis to produce clear reports.
Preferred: Passion for products with strong product awareness, capable of proactively identifying areas for improvement.
Detail-oriented with excellent coordination and communication skills.

Compensation: Hourly rate $40–$53.5. Base pay is one part of the Total Package and may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
