Senior Civil Engineer – Advanced Manufacturing
We’re looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Advanced Manufacturing group. You’ll have the chance to work on state‑of‑the‑art industrial and commercial facilities, managing schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks. You’ll collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams, evolving from conceptual civil design of land/site development to detailed grading plans, earthwork, and drainage/stormwater calculations.
Base Pay Range $132,900.00/yr – $174,450.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Site development, site master planning, and site selection
Underground utility routing and site space planning
Hydrology analysis for designing storm drain systems
Designing gravitational wastewater systems
Final grading plans, cut & fill analysis, and earthwork balancing
Providing erosion & sediment control plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and supporting permit approval
Researching and adhering to local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements for design and construction
Stormwater analysis and modeling using StormCAD, CivilStorm, and other software applications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
8+ years of engineering experience, including extensive project experience
Strong knowledge of designing medium to large‑scale industrial developments
Experience with all AutoCAD Civil 3D design modules
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
Team collaboration across multi‑disciplinary environments
Rapid learning ability and a drive to broaden knowledge base
Desired Qualifications
PE certification
Bluebeam experience
Experience using Navisworks
