Develop and nurture relationships with clients , primarily Marketing professionals.
Sell impactful campaigns
that reach Healthcare Professionals.
Work closely with internal teams (Client Services, Marketing, Design, Editorial & Operations) to
ensure flawless execution for clients.
Take full ownership of your sales pipeline and closing deals
within your assigned therapy area.
Proactively contribute to the wider team and
help elevate AMJ
as a whole to meet our ambitious targets, suggesting process improvements and opportunities to grow.
What We Look For
Telesales/Phone-Based Sales Experience:
You bring proven experience in telesales or phone-based sales.
Relationship-Focused Sales Professional:
You excel at developing strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Target-Driven & Confident Communicator:
You are target-driven, confident in making calls to Director-level clients, and possess quick-thinking, positive, and persuasive communication skills.
Articulate & Expressive Relationship Builder:
You are articulate and expressive, with a natural ability to build strong and lasting client relationships.
Team Player with a Growth Mindset:
You are a collaborative team player, driven to succeed while supporting colleagues, and committed to continuous improvement and personal development.
Open to Feedback:
You are open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
Commission:
Uncapped 7% on all revenue generated (OTE $100,000-$130,000 depending on experience)
Reports to:
SVP of Business Development
Hours:
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Location:
This role is based onsite, 5 days a week, in our Miami office
