Redwood City, California

(Hybrid, in office Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

Compensation : $200,000 – $300,000 per year, plus equity

About My Client My client is on a mission to transform the $1.3 trillion electronics industry. Their platform helps engineers design faster by making it simple to find and use circuit schematics and CAD models.

Their existing platform is trusted by more than two million engineers each year to design products such as drones, electric cars, and satellites. They are now building a company Copilot, powered by a proprietary dataset of over ten million components, schematic symbols, and footprints.

The Role My client is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales growth and build lasting relationships with marketing leaders across the electronics ecosystem. This individual will manage the sales process from start to finish, including pipeline generation, strategic planning, and closing deals. The role is highly visible and offers the opportunity to help scale a product already loved by millions of engineers worldwide.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new accounts through creative outreach strategies

Use proprietary data to deliver ROI-focused solutions for customers

Build strong partnerships within the electronics sector and act as a trusted advisor

Lead negotiations and finalize contracts in collaboration with finance, legal, and operations teams

Identify new opportunities, analyze market trends, and refine go-to-market strategies

Qualifications

Five or more years of proven success in technical sales

Experience as one of the first account executives at a startup or launching new products to market

Strong technical acumen and familiarity with CRM and sales analysis tools

Data-driven mindset with the ability to make persuasive, ROI-focused arguments

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
