About The Role Qt Group is looking for an experienced

Enterprise Account Manager

to join our Americas Sales Team and

cover the East Territory . In this role, you’ll work with some of the most innovative and engineering‑driven organizations across the East. Your focus will be to

drive strategic new business

and

expand Qt’s presence within existing enterprise accounts . You will partner with senior technical and business leaders—Directors, VPs, and C‑suite decision‑makers—to demonstrate the value of Qt’s portfolio, including the Qt framework and our Quality Assurance tools. Success requires a consultative, value‑led sales approach, comfort navigating multi‑stakeholder enterprise environments, and exceptional account planning skills.

based in

Boston, MA .

What You’ll Do

Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the East territory, driving both net‑new pipeline and expansion revenue.

Build strong relationships with senior leaders (Heads of R&D, Engineering Directors, VP Engineering, Product Leaders, CIO/CTO‑level executives).

Lead complex, multi‑threaded sales cycles with high‑value opportunities.

Drive consistent outbound prospecting to generate new enterprise opportunities within the territory.

Deliver high‑impact, value‑based demos, presentations, and proposals tailored to executive‑level buyers.

Develop detailed account plans, growth strategies, and accurate weekly forecasts.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success to support customer outcomes and advance deals.

Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within the East’s innovation‑driven markets.

Maintain disciplined pipeline management and activity levels aligned to enterprise sales expectations.

What You Bring To The Table

5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably selling into automotive, high‑tech, industrial, medical, aerospace & defense, or consumer electronics markets.

Proven ability to develop and close large, complex enterprise deals with multi‑stakeholder involvement.

Strong experience managing end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycles – from prospecting to negotiation and close.

Technical curiosity and ability to become a trusted advisor to engineering and product teams.

Demonstrated success engaging with executive‑level decision‑makers.

Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Familiarity with MEDDPICC or other structured enterprise sales methodologies.

Bonus Points For

Experience with embedded software tools, developer platforms, or QA automation solutions.

Salesforce expertise.

Strong network within East Coast enterprise organizations, especially in tech‑heavy markets.

Pay range for this position is $161,000—$299,000 USD.
