Loan Officer Opportunity We are looking for a motivated Loan Officer who wants to learn to grow within a unique dual platform environment where real estate and lending operate together to support clients and expand your production. At Seller Door Real Estate and Finance, you will earn rewarding commissions while working side by side with agents who actively co market, host client events, and provide qualified introductions that help you build consistent momentum. As a Loan Officer, you will guide clients through pre approvals, financing options, and the full loan process with professionalism and care. You will also gain exposure to referral driven real estate pipelines and learn how to position yourself as a trusted lending partner within a combined real estate and finance model designed for long term success. First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $130,000+.

Responsibilities
Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals
Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters
Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business
Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision
Qualifications
Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
Banking, business, real estate, or related Bachelor’s degree required
Understanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferred
Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability
NMLS license required (If you do not have a license, we can help you obtain a license)
Compensation $140,000 at plan commissions
