A lead financial firm in Boston is seeking a Senior Anaplan Specialist to join their dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage advanced EPM expertise, lead complex implementations, and partner with stakeholders across finance and technology to deliver impactful connected planning solutions.
Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical and application support for existing Anaplan models, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Partner with FP&A, Finance, and other teams to configure Anaplan for current and future business needs.
Contribute to the product roadmap, documenting requirements and communicating vision to stakeholders.
Define and maintain ongoing application support processes with business users, IT, and external partners.
Train and enable end users and IT personnel through knowledge transfer and issue resolution.
Collaborate with vendor partners to advocate for enhancements and stay informed of new capabilities.
Identify opportunities to expand Anaplan usage across corporate functions.
Drive continuous functional and technical improvements across the platform.
You Will Have
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Strong FP&A or accounting background in corporate or consulting roles.
3+ years hands‑on Anaplan experience, including full lifecycle design and implementation.
Anaplan certifications required: Model Builder and Solution Architect.
Deep understanding of connected planning concepts.
Self‑motivated, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior Anaplan consulting experience is strongly preferred.
Experience in investment, venture capital, or alternative asset management technology preferred.
Experience in data integration, analytics, and visualization tools is a bonus.
Compensation
Competitive base salary, determined by experience and location.
