This Growth Lead seat is for someone who knows DTC inside out and understands how to turn attention into revenue and revenue into momentum.
What You’ll Own
Build and lead the full growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and revenue.
Scale paid channels across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and partner ecosystems.
Keep ROAS tight, CAC predictable, and build loops that compound over time.
Build email and SMS flows that convert, retain, and push LTV up.
Launch referral, ambassador, upsell, and cross-sell systems.
Segment users and sharpen every step of the customer journey.
Build dashboards and track core unit economics.
Run experiments on creative, funnels, and offers.
Use numbers to choose what gets done and what gets cut.
Work with design and engineering to improve landers, checkout flow, and funnel speed.
Partner with product, ops, and supply chain to keep growth channels aligned.
Bring ideas that spark attention and drive measurable lift.
Hire, mentor, and guide performance, lifecycle, and partnerships talent.
Create a culture of testing, learning, and ownership.
Set a standard for growth that fits a modern consumer brand.
What You Bring
5+ years leading growth at a consumer or DTC brand with at least 5M USD in annual revenue or similar scale.
Hands‑on experience running Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and lifecycle setups like Klaviyo or GA4.
Strong grasp of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel metrics.
Sharp strategist who can also jump into execution without losing speed.
Comfortable working directly with founders and building a lean, effective team.
