Head of Growth (Copyfy) This is a high‑impact, high‑autonomy role. You will own paid acquisition, YouTube partnerships, affiliate expansion, funnel optimisation, growth loops, Twitter/X strategy, experiments & scaling systems.
Your Mission Transform Copyfy into a scalable, predictable, international growth machine. Build ownership of the growth engine and eventually lead the growth team.
Your Responsibilities
Campaign ownership & scaling – own Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google Ads – strategy → execution → scaling. Build and optimise scalable acquisition funnels.
Launch rapid creative & audience tests to improve CAC/ROAS. Shape offers, angles, and conversion assets.
Performance analysis – monitor CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohorts, and retention daily. Build dashboards & reporting systems that guide the company.
Creative & funnel optimisation – own creative briefs (hooks, angles, scripts, formats). Work with content + product teams to deploy high‑CVR landers and scale creative testing systems.
Influencer & YouTube partnerships – identify & negotiate with top e‑com creators, build long‑term partnerships with measurable ROI.
Affiliate & community growth – rebuild our affiliate program from the ground up, activate high‑potential affiliates and build campaigns that scale distribution.
Twitter/X growth engine – understand hooks, virality loops, threads, content metaphysics, audience building, creator partnerships. Own that engine.
Automation, experiments & systems – build SOPs, growth playbooks, experiment pipelines; identify automation opportunities; run tests on new channels and markets.
Challenges – scale user base to 100k+ paying users, scale paid acquisition profitably, build global influencer acquisition loop, launch & optimise multi‑market funnels, create a high‑velocity creative engine, expand growth systems to the US & emerging markets, lead go‑to‑market for new AI features.
Your Qualifications Hard Skills – Must‑Haves
3–6+ years in growth, UA, or performance marketing (preferably SaaS).
Strong expertise in Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google Ads.
Proven ability to scale campaigns with measurable CAC/ROAS performance.
Funnel optimisation & direct‑response knowledge.
Analytical expertise (GA4, dashboards, cohorts, attribution).
Ability to lead creative strategy (UGC, static, video ads).
Experience distributing content & acquiring users through Twitter/X.
Hands‑on operator – execute, don’t delegate everything.
Nice‑to‑Haves
Experience in the e‑commerce / Shopify ecosystem.
Experience managing agencies or building teams.
Past ownership of affiliate or partner programme.
Soft Skills
