Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Development Director. The Development Director will be responsible for leading and managing fundraising initiatives, donor cultivation, and resource development to support the organization's mission. This role involves planning and executing annual and planned giving campaigns, managing budgets, and building relationships with key stakeholders and philanthropic organizations. Additionally, the Development Director will collaborate with the team to establish and drive strategic fundraising goals.
Qualifications
Based in Oklahoma
Expertise in Planned Giving and Annual Giving strategies
Strong understanding of Philanthropy with the ability to build and nurture donor relationships
Proficiency in Fundraising techniques and experience managing Fundraising campaigns
Experience with Budgeting and financial planning for nonprofit organizations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven leadership experience in resource development or nonprofit fundraising
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
Knowledge of foster care or nonprofit sector is a plus
