Senior Accountant – LHH – Orinda, CA. LHH is partnering with a well‑established firm seeking a Senior Accountant with a strong background in real‑estate or financial services. Key Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle accounting, including GL oversight, month‑end close, and financial reporting
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business operations
Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
5+ years of professional accounting experience
Prior experience in real estate or financial services is essential
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compensation Competitive compensation $100K up to $110K
