The FP&A Manager will be the right hand to the CFO, responsible for budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reporting, and investor/management decisions and will work closely with the CFO and third-party service providers to support financial due diligence and lead acquisition integration.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of the annual budget and reforecasting efforts throughout the year.

Review project-level budget vs. actual variances monthly and provide insights to the finance and accounting team.

Review general ledger budget vs. actual variances monthly and work with the Controller and Assistant Controller to provide insights to the CFO and Executive Leadership Team.

Work with the Controller and Assistant Controller to analyze the Company’s Indirect Rates, providing explanations for variances between provisional and actual rates, and analyzing ways to create efficiencies in current and future years.

Review the finance-related sections of the Monthly Operating Report (MOR) and ensure that it is in final form prior to CFO review.

Lead the organization and presentation of financial information in the monthly Service Delivery and Monthly Operations Meetings.

Work with the CFO to develop Board Reports and other external reporting documents.

Provide forward looking insights to ensure the Company can achieve budgeted results.

Lead the implementation of Unanet Datalakes and integration with Power BI.

Identify ways to increase profitability on projects.

Create templates that other departments can leverage to scale the business and maximize profitability.

Develop and maintain KPIs for the Finance Organization.

Maintain the Company’s rolling 13-week cash flow forecast, identifying when the Company might need to use its Revolver.

Maintain the Company’s third-party reporting requirements on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Provide Oversight to the Systems and Finance Analyst.

Collaborate with the Accounting team to achieve the Company’s goals.

Required Qualifications

BS in Finance/Accounting

2-6 years of experience in accounting advisory, M&A Advisory, Audit or Corporate FP&A

Government Contracting industry experience

Financial modeling experience

Experience with Tableau, Power BI preferred
