Strategic Sales Manager – BWan About Netskope

Position Summary The Netskope Regional Sales Manager for SD‑WAN/IOT will act as an overlay RSM, working closely with core sales teams that sell SD‑WAN, IOT, and remote access solutions. This role is for a sales professional who dominates their territory and desires to build the next iconic SASE company.

Responsibilities

Prospect new accounts, generate interest, qualify, develop, and close new business.

Work independently to meet and exceed revenue targets and goals assigned to the territory.

Develop an overall account strategy that leads to a well‑executed selling effort into the assigned territory/accounts.

Focus on new accounts, customer satisfaction, and retention.

As an overlay sales position, work closely with core Netskope account teams to build new pipeline and close business.

Job Requirements

10+ years of a successful track record selling networking technologies such as SD‑WAN, VPN/remote access, SASE, and growing a territory.

Exceptional track record of success with consultative sales of complex enterprise software solutions to C‑level executives in F1000 accounts.

Verifiable track record of exceeding quotas year after year.

Resides in the targeted geography with local enterprise customer relationships.

Experience establishing and fostering strong Channel Partner relationships; pre‑existing relationships with key resellers and MSPs in the assigned territory are a must.

Experience as an overlay sales position.

Understanding of networking technologies and SaaS experience is a must.

Skilled at influencing stakeholders with compelling presentation and negotiation styles; successful at building and maintaining trusting relationships with partners, coworkers, and customers.

Travel: within region.

Prior experience in early‑stage startups.

Self‑starter who can work independently and exercise judgment on a regular basis with minimal oversight while maintaining a ‘can‑do’ attitude and willingness to take a hands‑on approach.

Education

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
