Opportunity The Finance organization strives to be a trusted, strategic advisor to the enterprise and prides itself on maintaining the highest level of integrity and accountability. Reporting to the CFO of Consumer Banking, newly created leadership role will support strategic finance and business transformation efforts with direct exposure to both the Consumer Banking leadership team and CFO Group management. You will lead end-to-end strategic finance support for Consumer Banking businesses, translating business strategy into measurable financial outcomes, driving growth and profitability, and enabling business transformation. This role requires robust financial and strategic thought leadership across multiple functions and high-impact decision making.
The Work Itself
Lead financial strategy and FP&A execution – including financial planning and forecasting, P&L performance management, and financial reporting – in collaboration with partners across the business, CFO Group, HR, Marketing, and Technology.
Drive strategic finance support to executive leadership by translating product and transformation strategies into financial and business impacts via business case development, profitability analysis, and investment prioritization.
Lead reporting and analysis for key stakeholders including the Board of Directors, Investor Relations, and regulators.
Provide forward looking financial insights and influence strategic actions.
Champion adoption of modern FP&A tools, automation and advanced analytics.
Manage a team of finance professionals, providing coaching, development and performance oversight
The Skills You Bring
BS degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent education and related training; MBA/CFA preferred
10+ years of experience strategic finance or FP&A roles that include complex financial analysis and leadership/supervision of finance teams
Prior experience in Consumer Banking business or consumer oriented financial services highly preferred
Proven leadership experience with large teams and ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels required
Ability to lead in a dynamic, high change environment fostering a strong culture of collaboration, trust, and growth
Exceptional executive oral and written communication skills
