Key Responsibilities of the Senior Manager
Lead and review client accounting and tax preparation work.
Provide technical review and guidance on complex tax issues.
Oversee tax estimates and proactive tax planning opportunities.
Act as part of the management team and support integration of new clients and acquired firms.
Champion process improvements and technology adoption in a paperless environment.
Qualifications for the Senior Manager
CPA, CPA‑in‑process, or EA required.
Strong technical tax and accounting review experience (Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S).
Proven ability to lead and mentor team members while providing exceptional client service.
