Project Manager – New Product Development Bachelor's degree and 5+ years managing complex medical device new product development projects is required. A technical degree, PMP/NPDP certification, and experience with FDA guidance, ISO 13485, and CE Mark requirements are highly preferred.

Position Summary This Project Manager directs the direction, coordination, and execution of multiple medical device new product/service development projects that include new products, line extensions, and product improvements. The manager plans all project activities according to defined product development and stage‑gate processes, coordinates team activities to meet deliverables and FDA/ISO requirements, and manages the overall project schedule, resources, risk, business case, and budget, including progress reporting to senior management.

What You'll Do

Lead cross‑functional teams (CFT) through the development process for new medical devices and services.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and manage day‑to‑day project operations and resource allocations.

Develop and track project schedules and deliverables to completion; present gate deliverables and progress reports to senior management.

Ensure compliance with Product Development policies, FDA/ISO requirements, and design control processes.

Identify risks and critical issues, develop mitigation plans, and drive improvements in internal processes.

Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, and Document Control to ensure all documentation requirements are met for product release.

Maintain project budgets, including resource loading and external expenses.

Lead Voice of Customer initiatives and work with Product Management to define market requirements.

Prepare and present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions for management as needed.
